Latino’s have been working in sales and marketing for decades yet less than 1% of the Fortune 1000 has a Latino CEO. Even more amazing is that of the largest sales forces in the U.S., less than 10% have a Latino leading there sales or marketing department. Now however, the number of Latino’s working in Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing positions has reached a point were the next stage in the progression of Latino professionals is the executive suite.
